About the event
Free to all, donation-based weekly healing sound bath experience led by Safe in Sound Wellness. Designed to be an unconditional, safe, profound, nourishing, and peaceful experience for all ages.
6:30 pm - Community gathering time; Free Bemer sessions with Kim Wilhelm.
7:17 pm - Light drumming circle to break up the energy to begin our focus, followed by simple and easy stretches to open up the system for our chakra balancing. Then we will enjoy the free-form deep dive on the crystal bowls.
8:15 pm - Short feedback and experience share. After that we won't rush anyone out who enjoys the afterglow but usually all out by 9:00 pm.
